1. to make yourself a better person, for example by learning new skills. He’s always trying to improve himself.
At what age do you find yourself?
I have watched several hundred people go through this process, and my experience is that 1% achieve this by age 20, 5% by age 25, another 5% by age 30, ( another 1% each year) and most people never truly discover who they are until after age 55.

I need to drink decaf. Sometimes I don’t love running. I will never be perfect. I can accomplish anything I set my mind to.
What have you discovered in yourself during your self talk?
I’ve discovered that i have many thoughts and ideas to ponder and there are qalities i also realized when i did my self talk, the self-talk made me doscover that i was able to make decisions and think about many things that i haven’t tjought beforehand.
Do mirrors reflect how you really look?
The mirror is a reflection. It’s a reflection, so it shows how we look like in reverse. Because we’re so used to seeing the reverse version of ourselves, seeing how we look in pictures can be jarring. And unless you’re blessed with a perfectly symmetrical face, the photo version of yourself can be even more wonky.
Why do mirrored pictures look weird?
When what we see in the mirror is flipped, it looks alarming because we’re seeing rearranged halves of what are two very different faces. Your features don’t line up, curve, or tilt the way you’re used to viewing them.
