How many hours before we can do web check in AirAsia?
Yes, AirAsia’s Web Check-in allows you to check-in up 7 days prior and up to 4 hours before your flight departs. All you need is an internet connection, a printer, and your travel itinerary.
Can I park my car at klia2?
At the klia2 airport, 6,490 covered parking bays – 5,690 car bays and 800 motorcycle bays are available for the motorists. The car park is fully gated. Security personnel operates 24 hours, enabling travelers to park their vehicles overnight, or over several days, with complete peace of mind.
Does AirAsia fly from KLIA or klia2?
Please note that AirAsia is a point to point airline and we operate out/from a different airport which is KLIA2. Please also be mindful of our counter closing times as check in after counter is closed is not allowed.

Preferred Parking is located at Level 2, Block B & C of the Short-Term Car Park giving nearer access to the Main Terminal building. There are more than 300 bays at the Preferred Parking. For added convenience, you can choose to use our Valet Parking facility.

How do I know if I have KLIA or KLIA2?
KLIA1 used by Malaysia Airlines and other international [national] carriers, and KLIA2 used by Air Asia. They are not separate airports, they are just different terminals. It is not possible to transit airside within KLIA1 and KLIA2. KLIA1 and KLIA2 ARE the same airport!
