This was our 5th visit to MtDC resort in Mahabaleshwar. Like always the experience was fantastic..we stayed in the heritage room. With their old school furniture the rooms were extremely welcoming and well maintained. The loacation of the resort is just too good. It’s in the center of a forest. All the rooms are spread out.

There are similar hotels available. MTDC Mahabaleshwar, I believe is one the best property that MTDC owns. Ample categories of rooms are available, that caters to every kind of budget. We took a Non AC cottage (popularly known as the Krishna cottage). Cottages are big and is more than sufficient for 2 people.
