How long does Chassis Saver last?
A: All products kept in unopened containers have a shelf life of greater than 2 years. Hardeners, activators, catalysts and CHASSIS SAVER™ are all moisture sensitive products and have a tendency to thicken over time once their containers are opened. Keep all containers tightly sealed when not in use.
What is better than POR15?
If you consider UV as important, then Chassis Saver has a better UV rating than POR-15. Both paints work best on rusty surfaces, but POR-15 tends to stick more firmly to existing rust or etched metal. Even without sandblasting you can apply POR-15 on the frame.
Can you put POR-15 directly over rust?
