Your user name is your first initial, last name no spaces and the password is the same, first initial, last name no spaces. You will be asked to change your password. So change it to something that you can remember at least 3-6 letters and one number.

How do I find my child’s AR points?
There are two ways to check your child’s AR account. You can check through the parent portal or the student portal. To check your child’s AR account via the parent portal, Renaissance Home Connect use this link. You must have your student’s AR username and password.

Can I pause the STAR test?
Situations may arise which interrupt a test. If this happens, you can pause the test so the student can return to it later OR stop the test entirely so the student can start over on a new test. Keep in mind that pausing and resuming a test is a nonstandard administration; use this option only when necessary.
How do you unlock students in the Renaissance?
To unlock student accounts, sign on to your teacher account and click on the “Personnel, Students, and Parents” link under the “Renaissance Place” section. Click on “Clear Locked Students”. Next, click on the “Clear All Student Locks” button to clear all “locked” student accounts at once.
