Can yes VM be used as a lubricant?
YES VM vaginal moisturizer and AH! YES WB water-based personal lubricant are pH matched to typical vaginal pH, which means both are ideal for vaginal use. AH! YES VM Vaginal Moisturizer is designed to release water to rehydrate dry vaginal tissues as and when it is needed, over extended periods, such as 1-3 days.
Is YES WB available on prescription?

How often can you use YES VM?
YES VM puts your body in control of rehydrating itself. Initially YES VM may need to be applied daily and then every 3 days as symptoms improve.

How do you lubricate?
Lubricants should not be applied directly to the genitals. Instead, squeeze a small amount into your hand, warm it by rubbing with your fingers, then caress your lover or yourself with your lubricated fingers.
What can I use if I don’t have lube?
Where people are unable to obtain personal lubricants, they could use one of the following alternatives:
- Aloe vera. Aloe vera is water-based and can improve skin hydration while also reducing irritation.
- Plain yogurt. Plain yogurt could be a useful alternative lubricant.
- Olive oil.
- Virgin coconut oil.
- Egg whites.
How do I make natural lubricant?
A diet high in fatty acids may aid in producing additional vaginal lubrication. Raw pumpkin, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and fish (especially salmon, mackerel and tuna) are great choices that are high in fatty acids. Vitamin A and B supplements and beta-carotene also have high levels of omega 3 fatty acids.
Are Yes products vegan?
Most of our products are great for vegans! The Yes To product families do not contain animal ingredients with the exception of Honey Extract and Beeswax.
Is water-based lubricant vegan?

When to use yes WB Water based lubricant?
For dyspareunia (painful sex) we would always recommend YES WB water based personal lubricant.
